Toonen Properties is seeking a full-time housekeeper at our Howard location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas.
- Make apartments move-in ready under assigned deadlines.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and be very detail-oriented.
- Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely.
- Inform the supervisor of any pertinent resident or property issues or concerns.
- Assist with and attend our fun resident parties.
- Be able and willing to perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a constantly friendly and helpful attitude.
