Sales Operations Coordinator - Precision Manufacturing

At Toolcraft Machining, Inc. in Germantown, WI, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Engineering, Production, and our customers. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll keep information flowing, timelines on track, and clients informed—so our precision machining work moves from quote to shipment without friction.

• Check overnight inquiries and provide real-time follow-ups on quotes, status changes, shipping plans, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to align schedules with customer expectations.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions to sustain exceptional satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and follow-ups in the CRM; ensure data integrity for the sales pipeline.
• Support forecasting by surfacing customer demand patterns from internal reports.
• Serve as back-up for order processing to keep orders moving when volume spikes.

• ERP: JobBOSS
• MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word
• CRM for activity tracking and task management

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years in administrative or sales support—ideally within CNC machining or manufacturing.
• Strong organization, precision, and multitasking skills; you notice the details others miss.
• Clear, confident communicator with outstanding customer service instincts.
• Fast learner with resourcefulness and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
