- You enjoy keeping customers informed with real-time updates on quotes, order changes, shipping, and delivery dates.
- You coordinate effortlessly with production and shipping to align plans with demand.
- You answer inquiries quickly and professionally to elevate customer satisfaction.
- You’re disciplined with CRM documentation—tracking activity and follow-ups without fail.
- You like spotting demand patterns in internal reports to support forecasting.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years of admin or sales support experience; CNC machining/manufacturing exposure preferred.
- ERP familiarity (JobBOSS a plus) and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organization, a sharp eye for detail, and solid multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with resourcefulness and a self-starter attitude.

- Full time – 1st Shift
- Hourly – Non-Exempt
