What you will own

• Team coordination: assign work, balance machine loads, and ensure on-time output.
• Hands-on machining: set up and run CNC lathes and mills for high-quality components.
• Production control: monitor cycle times, adjust offsets and processes to sustain peak efficiency.
• Cross-functional problem solving: partner with engineering to refine methods and resolve issues.
• Talent development: train and mentor machinists on techniques, safety, and best practices.
• Quality assurance: perform in-process inspections to confirm dimensional and GD&T compliance.
• 5S and safety: maintain an orderly, compliant, and safe work area.
  
  

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
• 10 years as a CNC machinist with strong shop-floor expertise.
• 3 years of offline programming; Mastercam experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in process planning and tooling selection.
• Fluency in reading technical prints and interpreting GD&T callouts.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and a collaborative approach.
• Exceptional troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of machining safety regulations and practices.
