What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at TONYS ITALIAN RESTAURANT?
Tony's Italian Restaurant in Bremerton, WA is looking for one line cook to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 4908 Kitsap Way. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hard-working and able to work evening shifts.
Salary and Benefits

- Base pay for this position starts at $16.66 per hour and this position receives daily tips which are pooled with kitchen staff. Tips per person typically range from $2.00 to $9.00 an hour depending on customer volume and participation.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory
- Perform dishwashing and cashiering duties when needed
Qualifications
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience in a full service restaurant
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle a heavy volume of orders
- Great customer service
- Strong attention to detail
