Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
