Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math or hospitality software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices.
