Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long-term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – Greets Guests using our Tony Group Standards. Continuous communication with guest and insurance company through the process.
- Inspections - Performs initial inspection for the insurance company, or guest on collision damage
- Estimates - Prepares the estimate and gets the estimate to the proper parties, opens the initial repair order, and records all data in CCC One.
- Gets Authorization from Guest and Insurance for all repairs, Regular communication
- Complete supplements and gets all approvals as well as complete all estimates and applies for final payments

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
