Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Chef located in Fort Myers, Florida.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and quality control. Responsibilities include managing inventory and food costs, leading kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
The role will also be involved in kitchen layout, workflow planning, and equipment selection as part of the buildout process.
The menu will focus on a streamlined selection of dishes with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and efficient service. Experience working in high-volume kitchen environments is preferred. Familiarity with precision cooking methods, including sous vide, is a plus.
