Position Overview:

Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef—a refined culinary leader with a passion for excellence, innovation, and hospitality. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape and elevate the Club’s dining while contributing to a culture defined by service, quality, and member satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who not only excels in the kitchen but also understands front-of-house operations and is interested in growing into a senior leadership role.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service and exceptional member experiences
  • Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Contribute to special events, banquets, and seasonal dining programs
  • Play an active role in overall Food & Beverage strategy and operations



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, member-focused environment (country club or resort experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both culinary operations and front-of-house service
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Desire and capability to grow into a Director of Food & Beverage role
