Automotive Sales BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information
- Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments

Automotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Strong computer and phone literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
