Position Overview: Foreman / Crew Leader

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for:

• Leading crews on residential construction projects
• Ensuring jobs are completed on schedule and to quality standards
• Coordinating daily tasks and workflow
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicating effectively with management and crew members
• Solving problems in the field and making sound decisions
• Setting the tone for professionalism and work ethic on site

Work Location

• Field work on client projects throughout the Thumb Area (Huron and Tuscola areas mainly)

Requirements

• No college degree or certification required
• Construction experience required (leadership experience preferred)
• Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Must have a tool belt equipped with standard hand tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable with ladders, heights, and physical work
• Strong communication skills
