We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong landscaping background and proven installation experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a landscaping crew
- Driving company truck with dump trailer
- Managing daily projects and making on-site decisions
- Performing and overseeing softscape installations
- Ensuring quality control and job accuracy
- Working closely with the owner on project details and execution
Qualifications:
- Prior or current experience as a landscape foreman or in a similar leadership role (required)
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, with emphasis on softscape installs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate trucks and trailers
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
