We're supporting a globally renowned brand agency in their search for a Growth Director to help shape and lead their next phase of expansion across the United States.

With over two decades of success working with some of the world's most iconic brands, the agency is now deepening its presence in Los Angeles building a permanent West Coast footprint to complement its established global studio.

This is a foundational, high-impact role. You'll take ownership of new business growth across the US driving strategy, opening doors, and converting opportunity into long-term partnerships. It's a rare opportunity to step into a highly entrepreneurial position within a world-class creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the US growth strategy, aligned with global leadership
• Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Lead meetings, presentations, and pitches with senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
• Develop compelling proposals in collaboration with strategy and production teams
• Translate market insight and competitive analysis into actionable growth plans
• Report on pipeline health, performance, and revenue outcomes
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between growth and delivery
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Contribute to shaping the agency's positioning within the US market

What You'll Bring

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
• Strong experience within branding, design, or creative agency environments
• Deep understanding of sectors such as tech, media, sport, and entertainment
• Confidence operating at C-suite level with exceptional communication skills
• A highly proactive, "hunter" mindset-comfortable opening doors and creating opportunity
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
• Strong presentation skills (Figma, Keynote, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles market and creative landscape
• Natural relationship-builder with a curious, culturally aware perspective
