Marketing & Creative Coordinator
Location: Springfield, MO
Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 per year bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time M-F
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-functioning, self-starting creative who thrives on variety, deadlines, and discovery. You’re curious by nature, motivated to do great work, and excited to learn new tools and techniques that make your ideas come to life.
You’ll help design, write, edit, build, post, shoot, and brainstorm your way through a fast-moving marketing/sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design graphics for print, web, and video — from brochures and flyers to social graphics
- Build and distribute surveys
- Create and send newsletters, marketing emails, and internal communications.
- Update and maintain the company website and landing pages.
- Build and maintain a regular LinkedIn content calendar — writing copy, creating visuals, and scheduling posts.
- Assist with photography and light video production/editing for marketing and internal projects.
- Write engaging copy that fits both corporate and creative tones.
- Use AI tools intelligently — to speed up tasks and enhance creativity, not replace it.
- Juggle multiple priorities, pivot gracefully, and keep deadlines
- Work closely with our Account Managers and Senior Trainer to support their communication, educations, marketing and training initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A curious, creative, motivated self-starter
- Strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.).
- Comfort with a variety of web platforms and light HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience or interest in photography and video production.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of or openness to AI tools for creative and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and adaptability — you’ll own your projects and keep them moving.
