Help lead the guest experience at our new Tommy's Pizza in Covington. We're looking for a Front of House Manager who can support the team, run organized shifts, and make guests feel welcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and service.
- Train and coach front-of-house staff.
- Coordinate staffing and shift assignments around service needs.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
- Work with the kitchen to keep orders accurate and service moving.
- Oversee opening and closing duties, cleanliness, and cash-handling procedures.
What we're looking for
- Management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage busy shifts and solve service problems calmly.
