As the Front of House Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining area. You’ll be responsible for supervising and training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect. You’ll need to stay on your toes, juggling multiple tasks, and adapting to the fast-paced nature of our restaurant. Your leadership will help create a positive and productive environment for both the team and our guests.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
• A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexibility with hours to meet the needs of the business.
