What You’ll Do (Position Overview)
As a Team Member – Key Holder, you’ll create a welcoming experience for every guest while taking on additional responsibilities to support your team and daily site operations.
- Welcome & Guide Guests: Greet guests warmly, explain wash packages using our simple four-step presentation, and help them choose the best option.
- Share Membership Benefits: Explain membership options and perks in a friendly, low-pressure way.
- Assist Guests: Answer questions about our amenities, address routine concerns, and involve site leadership when additional support is needed.
- Care for the Site: Keep the lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, organized, safe, and stocked with supplies.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety procedures and promptly communicate equipment issues or other concerns to site leadership.
- Support Daily Operations: Rotate through stations, help coordinate tasks when assigned, and work with teammates to meet guest experience and membership goals.
- Open & Close the Site: Complete assigned opening and closing procedures, safeguard site keys, and secure the building.
- Guide & Support Teammates: Help teammates follow routine procedures and set a positive example through dependable work, guest service, and teamwork.

- Schedule Flexibility: You’re available for a flexible schedule that may include weekends and some evenings.
Physical Aspects of the Role: Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift and move items up to 50 lbs; kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed; safely enter and move around a service pit for cleaning and maintenance; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; and clean/wipe down surfaces, including some that are slightly hard to reach (with proper tools provided).
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
