What You’ll Do (Position Overview)
As a Hospitality Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of our brand, creating a positive experience for every guest, every time, every step of the way!
- Delight & Guide Guests: Greet guests with a smile, make them feel welcome, and walk them through our wash packages using our simple 4-step presentation.
- Share Member Benefits: Explain membership options and perks in a low-pressure, friendly way and help guests find the best fit.
- Connect & Educate: Talk with guests about our amenities and answer basic questions.
- Own the Space: Keep the lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, organized, safe, and stocked with supplies.
- Protect Safety: Watch for safety or equipment issues and let a leader know right away.
- Make It Right: Listen to guest concerns and help resolve issues so they leave happy.
- Team Up for Results: Rotate through different stations, support your teammates, and help the site hit goals for guest experience and membership growth.

Physical Aspects of the Role: Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift and move items up to 50 lbs; kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed; safely enter and move around a service pit for cleaning and maintenance; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; and clean/wipe down surfaces, including some that are slightly hard to reach (with proper tools provided).
