Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and help create a positive experience for every guest.
- Assist with daily wash operations, including greeting guests, guiding vehicles, and answering questions.
- Keep the site, vacuum area, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent service quality standards.
- Work together to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
- Lead daily shifts, coach and support team members, resolve guest concerns, and help the team meet daily goals.
- Support the Site Leader with scheduling, training, and overall site performance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable leading and coaching team members, handling guest concerns, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or car wash operations.
- Experience promoting products, services, or memberships.
- Familiarity with cleaning, basic equipment care, and maintaining an organized workplace.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with employee training, scheduling, and supporting operational goals.

Salary : $15 - $18
