Required Job Duties:
- Proficient in HUD and RD with knowledge of Tax Credits
- Data entry
- Yardi
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Documents
- Problem solving with good communication skills
- Ability to review new move in files and annual recertification files
- Perform on-site file audits as needed
- Identify concerns or issues then assist site managers to resolve them in an effective manner
