📍 What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the homebuying process from contract to close
- Support communication between buyers, lenders, sales, and internal teams
- Ensure timelines, paperwork, and communication stay accurate and on track
- Manage a high-volume of files in a deadline-driven environment
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every buyer
- Support the sales team with transaction coordination and follow-up tasks

Preferred Experience
- Real estate, escrow, lending, or new construction experience preferred
- Customer service, transaction coordination, or administrative experience helpful
- Strong computer, communication and organizational skills

- Full-time, in-office role based in Meridian, Idaho
- Occasional weekend availability may be needed to support business needs
