As our Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, increasing sales volume, and securing new projects in the Los Angeles/Orange County Metropolitan Area. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and building a strong portfolio of business. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, with the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Sales Development Program designed to prepare you for long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase market share for products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including seismic bracing, custom engineering, and attachment systems.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the local territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Sell engineering, industrial, and construction supplies in a business-to-business environment.
- Conduct daily cold calls within the construction industry, including outreach to dormant accounts and new business opportunities.
- Prospect and generate leads by engaging decision-makers at potential client organizations.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase ISAT’s technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Maintain and expand the existing customer base through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Assist with account collections for assigned accounts as needed.
- Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, engineering requirements, and product offerings.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts in client interactions.
- Construction knowledge and ability to read construction plans are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within construction, industrial, or engineering-related industries.
- Demonstrated history of meeting goals and resolving challenges with practical solutions.
- Familiarity with industry terminology, products, and jobsite environments is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Organized, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to travel daily to contractor offices, jobsites, and customer locations.
SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
- Onboarding and Orientation: Gain a solid foundation in company culture, products, and processes.
- Technical Training: Learn about seismic codes, custom engineering, and the Nexus platform for project and time management.
- Shadowing and Mentorship: Work alongside experienced team members to develop practical sales skills.
- Independent Learning: Conduct detailed reviews of manuals, processes, and project workflows.
- Sales Manager: Rely on a 15 year Sales Manager to help you meet your goals and navigate your new role. You will receive direct one-on-one “coaching” to ensure your growth and success.
