Corporate Controller

Tomahawk Manufacturing, Inc. is a globally recognized, family-owned OEM specializing in food forming equipment and automation solutions. We are seeking a Corporate Controller to serve as a key financial leader as we continue to grow across the U.S. and Europe.

This role reports directly to the Owner/President, with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer, and offers direct visibility and influence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial management activities, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Lead month-end and year-end close; prepare timely monthly financial statements
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, BOM/routing accuracy, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and international reporting for our Netherlands operation
• Support cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk management
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team (AP/AR/GL), ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align financial insight with shop-floor activity

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience (OEM, machining, or assembly preferred)
• Experience with consolidated financials and inventory driven environments
• ERP experience required (Business Central preferred)
• CPA/CMA a plus but not required
