Richfield Bloomington Honda needs to add to their team of Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerks.

Pay: $22.00 an hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00am-1:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Checks in all incoming orders
- Files claims on missing or damaged parts
- Puts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locations
- Assures that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all times
- Maintains special order parts file
- Sends out ups and ups cod shipments
- Keeps core returns up to date
- Assists in annual parts returns at various times through the year
- Spot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)
- Assures dept. is prepared for annual physical inventory
- Assists in loading and routing drivers when necessary
- May at times be called upon to do a delivery or pickup
- Assists at the parts counter when called upon to do so
- Be receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occur
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Has knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Is good at paying attention to detail.
- Is able to communicate in a professional manner on the phone, on the internet and in person.
- Experience a plus, but not mandatory
