Tom Wood Subaru located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
JOB DETAILS:
- Pay = $16.50 per hour
Schedule operates on a biweekly rotation

Schedule Week 1
- Monday through Thursday, 3PM to 6PM (7PM when we extend our summer hours)
- Friday, 2PM to 6PM
- Saturday- OFF

Schedule Week 2
- Monday through Thursday, 3:30PM to 6PM (7PM when we extend our summer hours)
- Friday-OFF
- Saturday, 8AM to 6PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
- Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in customer facing rolls preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication is essential
- Detail oriented
- Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage is preferred
