Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add an Insurance and Recovery Administrator to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender. We work with a large number of franchises and independent dealers within Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Our team provides top-notch customer care throughout the loan process.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims
- Prepare and send accounts to outside legal
- Process warranty and gap refunds and claims
- Monitor and process returned mail
- Draft and send all letters associated with the prepossession process
- Process and monitor repo titles
- Communicate with other team members on case developments
- Serve as back up to the Administrative Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of insurance claim and lending processes
- High school diploma required, some college is preferred
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with an ability to thrive in a team environment
- Must be detail-orientated and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast passed environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Bilingual, English & Spanish is a plus
- Required-valid driver’s license, with clean record
