- 3 years of dealership sales management experience is required
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
- Be at least 18 years of age

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to maximize sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Actively desk deals, manage customer turnovers, and support sales consultants throughout the entire sales process
- Partner with the General Manager and Finance team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Analyze and manage P&L performance to ensure strong store profitability
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants, and future sales leaders
- Monitor and improve CSI scores, conversion rates, and department KPIs
- Assist with new vehicle inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, dealership policies, and ethical sales practices
- Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the showroom floor
