Job Summary
Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to drive wholesale growth and expand our brand presence across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about developing new business opportunities.
With up to 60% travel, the Sales Manager will serve as a key representative of the Justice Cannabis brand—building meaningful partnerships with dispensaries and wholesale partners while ensuring our products remain competitive and visible in the market.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with dispensary partners and wholesale client
- Identify new market opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Conduct in-person meetings, dynamic sales presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize profitability and brand placement
- Represent Justice Cannabis Co. as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to align sales strategy with company goals
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the market
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and provide regular performance updates to leadership
- Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal cannabis regulations
- Partner with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wholesale orders
- Work closely with logistics to confirm menu accuracy and reflect current product availability
What You Bring
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within cannabis, CPG, beverage/alcohol, or a related industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to close deals and develop long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% within assigned territories
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of state-specific cannabis regulations is a plus
