This role plays a key part in supporting the sales and service teams by ensuring motorcycles and the lot are clean, wellstaged, and customerready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, showroom, and display areas
- Move, stage, and position motorcycles safely for sales, service, and delivery
- Perform basic cleaning and detailing of motorcycles to maintain a professional presentation
- Assist with motorcycle deliveries, inventory organization, and event setup
- Support the sales and service teams with daytoday lot and vehicle needs
- Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating or moving motorcycles
- Provide a positive first impression for customers through professionalism and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate motorcycles (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented
