Position Summary
The Automotive Detail Specialist is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers and display on the lot. this role plays a key part in ensuring vehicles meet Tom Wood Toyota's quality and appearance standards while supporting the sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- clean and detail new and used vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces.
- wash, wax, vacuum, and polish vehicles to dealership standards.
- prepare vehicles for customer delivery, showroom display, and photography.
- inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues.
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail area and equipment.
- follow safety procedures and use cleaning products properly.
- support sales and service teams as needed to meet daily priorities
- prior detailing experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
