Tom Wood Jaguar/Land Rover/ Volvo is searching for a dedicated and skilled Used Car Technician to join our team. We are looking for various levels of skill! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, efficient individual with at least the basic automotive knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
- Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Perform minor repairs, such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
- Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Other responsibilities as needed
- 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- ASE certifications or equivalent manufacturer training preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- A team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceWorking knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
