Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, motivated results-oriented person to join our Sales Recruiting department. This individual will be involved in many facets of our sales recruitment processes.

Specific job duties include:
- Screening/interviewing candidates on the phone;
- Scheduling Zoom & in person interviews with team members and local offices;
- Logistical support for our recruiting department’s various activities including career fair preparation & other events throughout the year (not as an on-site recruiter; only logistical support);
- Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing and referral methods;
- Process reimbursements and sponsorship fees for interviews;
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system;
- Support hiring metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Create Social Media posts for hiring initiatives;
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
- Ability to work full-time in an office 8-5;
- Strong phone skills;
- Experience with interviewing and screening processes;
- Strong administrative/operations skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented and dependable;
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where the solutions have to be both developed and executed;
- Knowledge and experience working within an ATS environment
The anticipated pay range for this position will be $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience plus a bonus opportunity for hiring performance.
