What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Chef position at Tom and Eddie?
We are looking to find an Executive Chef that loves food, understands culture, wants to be part of the guest experience with the food, and wants to see a business grow.
Must have experience with banquets and prefered in a hotel setting!
In addition to those simple tasks, we are searching for someone who wants to learn, and then wants to teach. Development of younger chef's is vital to our industry.
Must understand cost, both food and labor and be proficient in ordering and providing the best food possible.
