What You’ll Do

Drive high-impact marketing programs that support demand generation and revenue growth. To lead the execution of trade events, own lead management processes and KPIs, optimize CRM audience data, and partner closely with sales and channel partners to deliver compelling content and co-marketing initiatives. To blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to engage target audiences and strengthen our position in the linear motion solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans, executes, and optimizes all aspects of trade events to maximize lead generation, engagement, and ROI
  • Owns the lead management system, including tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators
  • Maintains and enriches CRM audience data through ongoing research, segmentation, and optimization
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation goals
  • Champions co-marketing initiatives with channel partners in close partnership with the sales team
  • Supports integrated campaigns that align inbound, demand generation, and channel marketing efforts
  • Ensures consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing communications or demand generation role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and edit technical or product-focused content
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, with strong preference for HubSpot experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, inbound and demand generation marketing, blogging, CRM segmentation, and distribution channel marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

$72,000 to $85,000 starting salary range
