What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Manager position at Tollgate Inn Restaurant & Saloon?
Scratch kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looking for a leader with experience; chops labor and assumes line responsibilities on the shoulders. You have experience with BOH management AND strong line. We have a great staff, and lots of talent. You bring the ability to ratchet down labor and food cost and the sky is the limit.
Experience with management is a must.
