This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Oswego, OR, for a Residential Remodeling Project Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end project management for residential remodeling projects, coordinating with clients, vendor partners, and in-house teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling and expediting materials and labor, conducting inspections for quality assurance, and managing logistics to streamline project execution. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management to oversee and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of materials.
- Proficiency in conducting Inspections to uphold project quality and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Capabilities in Logistics Management, including organizing resources and managing schedules effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes, including materials and design best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
