You’ll work closely with our designers, carpenters, and long‑time subcontractors to deliver thoughtful, well‑executed projects from start to finish.

- Strong experience in residential remodeling (lead or senior‑level preferred)
- Ability to manage jobsite workflow, coordinate with subs, and maintain clear communication
- Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, doors/windows, and general remodeling skills
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Professionalism with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
