ROLE OVERVIEW: This role serves as the program owner for Digital Banking and Treasury Management, responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing refinement of a scalable, compliant treasury services framework. The position owns the end-to-end lifecycle of treasury products—from eligibility and underwriting through monitoring, escalation, and remediation—and is accountable for aligning operational execution with the bank’s risk appetite.

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and continually refine the bank’s Digital Banking and Treasury Management risk framework, including product eligibility standards, underwriting criteria, transaction limits, monitoring protocols, and escalation requirements
- Serve as the program owner responsible for the full lifecycle management of treasury services, ensuring consistent governance from onboarding through ongoing use, change management, and issue resolution
- Establish and maintain formal governance structures, including approval authorities, exception management processes, escalation pathways, and remediation tracking
- Work closely with Deposit Operations to ensure Positive Pay “Scrub” is performed effectively to minimize errors/mismatches
- Work with Relationship Managers and Account Services teams to onboard new clients with the appropriate digital banking and/or treasury services to meet their needs
- Compile and disseminate treasury services reporting to senior management and the Board, including ACH origination returns, risk metrics, user trends, risk assessments, and control performance indicators
- Manage the annual Relationship Review process with clients, including annual risk assessments and audits for clients that utilize Treasury services such as ACH Origination or Commercial RDC
- Develop and manage internal and external training related to digital banking security best practices, how-to tutorials, and other relevant training
- Perform required underwriting analysis for ACH Originators and Commercial RDC usage
- Ensure clients are using Positive Pay, Payee Name Verification, ACH Blocking & Filtering appropriately and working exceptions in a timely fashion
- Support Bank Client Support and Deposit Operations teams with client issues related to usage of various digital banking and treasury products and services
- Develop and mentor employees by communicating expectations and goals, performing employee coaching, and counseling sessions, providing ongoing feedback, and assessing employee performance through the performance review process
- Attend regular webinars, seminars, and other training in order to stay abreast of regulatory changes
- Adhere to all company related policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. AAP certification a plus
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Treasury Management or related bank operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience with developing programs, policies, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to make one-on-one and group presentations
- Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality when dealing with client matters
- Experience using Windows based software, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology. Strength in Excel a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; initiative; and ability to make decisions within guidelines
- Attention to detail must be a strength
- Purpose-driven, self-starter with initiative and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated understanding of bank regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to simplify data into concise, actionable reporting
