Treasury Manager, Operations
The Treasury Manager, Operations will be an asset to our Treasury department by providing operational oversight and analytical management of expenses and providing counsel and assistance to the Treasurer. In this role the Manager will drive projects aimed at identifying financial opportunities for enhancing the productivity of the Company’s asset base and capital structure. The Treasury Manager will own the management of the depository banking relationships for the organization. This role will also support the Treasurer in assigned tasks related to the Benefit Plan Investment Committee. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Treasury
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages the issuance and maintenance of all corporate travel and entertainment credit cards and purchasing cards
Performs financial analyses, as assigned, in the areas of cash management and analysis, financing, credit and collection support.
Performs financial analysis on all significant Company vendors and all new vendors as assigned by Treasurer.
Manages store banking needs – accounts, armored car, supplies, change orders
Complete adhoc assignments as assigned by the Treasurer and proactively seek opportunities to conduct analysis supporting Treasury department projects.
Reviews and responds to all credit applications.
Performs weekly spend trend analysis
Serves as a backup to the Cash Manager for daily cash
Manages the Companies fleet of leased vehicles
Supports the Treasurer with adhoc reporting/analytic based requests regarding the Benefit Plan Investment Committee

Qualifications
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a finance field (treasury preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
Demonstrates the ability to drive change and influence across the organization
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with many personalities, timelines, priorities, and expectations
Confidence to have direct conversations and performance discussions with business teams across all levels of leadership
Advanced Excel skills including the ability to understand and work with advanced formulas, PowerPoint
Project Management experience is a plus

Pay Range
USD $85,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
