Engineering Solutions | Full-Time Assignment
The Call
Men and women wanted for a demanding mission at the frontier of engineering and technology.
Long hours, complex systems, and constant change.
Close collaboration with senior leadership.
Little margin for error.
Great responsibility.
Honor, mastery, and lasting professional distinction in case of success.
The Mission
We seek an Engineering Technology System Analyst to serve at the core of Engineering Solutions—where digital infrastructure, engineering practice, and operational excellence converge.
You will be entrusted with evaluating, testing, and guiding the adoption of advanced engineering software and cloud platforms. You will ensure that every system deployed is functional, secure, compatible, and fit for purpose. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Technology and Cybersecurity teams, engineering leadership, and project delivery groups to keep the organization operating at peak capability.
This role supports a critical work order nearing completion and demands immediate impact, sound judgment, and technical authority.
The Work
You will:
- Command and sustain mission-critical engineering systems, administering platforms such as Bluebeam Revu and Org Admin Pro, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Leica Cyclone Enterprise, Base Map Management Service, NearMap, and Esri ArcGIS Pro.
- Lead software deployments and upgrades, overseeing version rollouts, configurations, and customizations aligned with engineering requirements.
- Scout emerging technologies, evaluating new engineering tools, platforms, and high-performance workstations; prepare clear, defensible analyses for management decision-making.
- Safeguard and organize engineering data, supporting Azure storage environments and long-term project data archiving.
- Support the Engineering Virtual Design and Construction team, managing project data systems, point-cloud storage, and Bluebeam Studio sessions for project reviews.
- Maintain authoritative documentation, support onboarding, and deliver training that equips engineers to operate efficiently and consistently.
- Resolve application-level issues, implement minor enhancements, and respond decisively to support requests.
- Represent Engineering Solutions in client and interdepartmental meetings, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and advancing technology initiatives.
- Deliver internal “Knowledge Bar” presentations, sharing best practices and elevating organizational capability.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks with discipline, translating objectives into measurable results.
The Requirements
You bring:
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership-level experience in the AEC sector, with deep involvement in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks-based projects.
- Proven expertise in document management systems and project information management supporting complex engineering programs.
- Five or more years of advanced proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Acrobat Pro in high-volume production environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting engineering data workflows, including 3D scanned point-cloud data storage and retrieval.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake or similar cloud storage environments.
- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to generate agency-wide license usage and system utilization reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for reporting, documentation, and visualization.
- Exceptional organizational discipline, self-direction, and the ability to adapt under changing priorities.
- Clear, confident communication—written and spoken—with engineers, technologists, and senior leadership.
- Professional Engineer or Registered Architect certification is advantageous.
The Reward
This is not routine work.
It is consequential.
You will leave systems stronger than you found them, teams better equipped, and projects better governed.
For those who succeed, the experience will stand as a defining chapter in a career spent at the intersection of engineering excellence and technological command.
