Job Description
Manage and oversee end-to-end Ocean Freight Export and Import operations to ensure efficient and compliant shipment handling.
Supervise daily operations including booking, documentation, cargo tracking, and coordination with carriers and vendors.
Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and logistics partners; resolve operational or pricing issues when necessary.
Monitor departmental performance and drive KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
Manage financial aspects including cost control, month-end reporting, and monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Collaborate with internal teams and sales to improve service processes and support business growth.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and maintain safety and security standards for shipments and staff.
Lead, coach, and develop the ocean freight operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with strong experience in Ocean Freight operations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and ocean freight documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English communication.
