We are adding an experienced Service Advisor to our team. This is not a counter job, and it is not a dead-end role. We have a structured, process-driven front office, a team that communicates, and a documented career path that takes a high-performing advisor all the way into location management. If you have at least 3 years of successful service writing behind you and you are ready to operate at a level where your skills are actually recognized and rewarded, this is the role worth your attention.
Our top advisors earn $100,000 annually. Base pay plus weekly performance bonuses tied to GP dollars, ARO, hours per RO, and car count. Weekly pay. Monday through Friday, no weekends.
