The TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE FAMILY is looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our Toledo Kia team. We have an opening for an individual with great customer and organizational skills. Dealership experience as a salesperson or service advisor is suggested but not required. We are willing to offer a substantial bonus for the right candidate to join us. For those with experience we seek candidates with provable, solid performance in Customer Satisfaction.

Service Advisor - Job Description:

• Service Advisors greet customers and complete service request form; suggest services and specials
• Must be able to sell and present well

Is responsible for selling customers on repair work and services that will help maintain the well-being and safety of their vehicle

• Prioritize required services and provide options
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle

Service Advisor - Job Requirements

• Provable, solid performance in CSI is a must!
• Must be aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem-solver.
• Must be able to multitask and
• Must be proficient on the phones with answering calls & setting appointments
• Must be a team player!
• Good customer skills and knowledge of cars required
• Computer proficient
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to continue to improve & grow as a person and a professional
