We are seeking experienced individuals committed to culinary executions at the highest level to work in our busy, high-quality Modern Asian kitchen with a focus on customer service and communication. The role of line cook will be responsible for executing day to needs on the kitchen line in addition to production kitchen & butcher stations. This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evening work, as well as the ability to work independently. Food safety knowledge and is required. Experienced knife handling is required. Wok, Pastry & sushi skills are a plus.
