We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support various classrooms, providing assistance to teachers and engaging with students across different age groups. This role is essential in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that all students receive the attention they need to thrive. The Teacher will work closely with children, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Support the development of curriculum tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Engage with children in various educational settings, including preschool and daycare environments.
• Provide care for toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Implement behavior management strategies to foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Facilitate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support.
• Participate in literacy education initiatives, promoting reading and language skills.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
• At least 2 years work experience working in a classroom setting, CDA or an Associate's degree in early education.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and implement effective behavior management techniques.
