Duties
- Develop and implement stimulating daily lesson plans tailored to infants and toddlers, encouraging exploration and growth
- Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, nap time, and hygiene routines
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive interactions
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's milestones, behaviors, and daily activities for parent communication
- Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique learning journey and address special needs or disabilities
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
