Salary: $150-175k base

Join our expanding leadership team as a Senior Tax Manager, with a clear 24-36 month path to Tax Director. Lead complex tax engagements, manage a defined client portfolio, oversee staff, and play a key role in firm growth. What You'll Do

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Manage, grow, and provide strategic oversight to a portfolio of 200-300 clients.
• Conduct technical tax research and provide recommendations.
• Review QuickBooks financials; oversee multiple engagements to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Respond to IRS/state correspondence and supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff.
• Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and participate in compilation/review engagements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred.
• 5 years of recent public accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of individual and business taxation.
• Recent hands-on work in both prep and review.
• Proficiency in UltraTax and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
