Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will serve high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with attention to quality and customer preferences.
- Provide warm, attentive service to every guest, creating a positive and peaceful atmosphere.
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist customers with joy—answering questions, offering recommendations, and going the extra mile.
- Collaborate with team members in a spirit of unity and respect.
- Help restock and maintain inventory to ensure seamless service.
- Stay composed and efficient during busy hours while encouraging and supporting your team.
- Stay informed on beverage trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms to create innovative, relevant, and guest-appealing drinks that keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service or coffee preparation is helpful but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail in handling cash and transactions.
- Friendly, humble, and patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- A heart for service and a desire to be part of a mission-driven team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
