About The Role
We're seeking an Associate Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to help shape the future of our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the product lifecycle from initial concept to market leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our SASE platform remains competitive and continues to meet evolving customer needs. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a secondary preference for Denver, CO.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and business goals
- Drive product development by working closely with engineering teams and managers to prioritize work, manage bug backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Conduct comprehensive customer and market research to identify pain points, emerging trends, and competitive threats
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), analyzing ROI for new features and products
- Collaborate with customer support teams to discover and resolve customer issues effectively
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure competitive and effective messaging
- Engage with the user community to gather feedback and build product champions
- Stay current in the competitive landscape to ensure our product maintains market leadership
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity or SASE space
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Innate curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and market landscapes
- Experience in competitive analysis and market research
- Proven ability to use AI tools to streamline processes, including writing, research, prototyping, and beyond.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
Compensation Range: $110K - $125K
